ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Product (s) can be exchange if customer dispatch/send it within 24 hours after receiving it.
- Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- We will refund & exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect with the product. However, an exchange is subject to the availability of the item in our stock or items not on promotion or discount.
- Contact our customer service center by emailing/WhatsApp us images of defective product at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +92 306 7218897 within 24 hour of receiving. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
- You have to send product via any courier company at our address and once our team will review complete product then allow exchange and refund within 24 hour of receiving a product.
- Refunds only allowed in exceptional cases where in the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Mishi's Collection will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 5 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- All Custom made or made to orders cannot be eligible for returns and exchanges.
